Ordering a book from The Children's Bookcase is a simple process:
When you have found a book you would like to purchase click on the 'Add to shopping
basket' button to save it until you are ready to checkout
When you have finished shopping and have decided that you would like to purchase the
contents of your shopping basket, click on the 'Proceed to Checkout' button which is
always visible at the bottom of the shopping basket page
You will then be asked to select your delivery option from a drop down list:
and then to select a gift wrap option and enter gift message, if appropriate.
Once you are satisfied with the options you have selected click on either the 'No,
Continue Checking Out' button or the 'Proceed to Checkout' button.
You will then be shown a summary of your order with all cost elements itemised.
If you are satisfied with the order, click on the 'Confirm' button to progress to the final
checkout page
This final step in the process asks for your credit or debit card details and displays
a final order summary stating: invoice address, delivery address and the total amount that
will be charged to your card.
To purchase the books selected, simply click on the 'Place Order Now' button and The
Children's Bookcase will receive and start processing your order within seconds
Checking Order Status
If you would like to check the status of an order, simply click on the 'Order Status'
button on the Navigation Bar and submit an enquiry to us. We will check the status of
your order and respond to you query via e-mail usually on the same working day.
